All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared wallets, or unverified sources are not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. cirkex aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and network conditions.

All cirkex account balances are held and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka. There are no currency conversion fees applied by cirkex. cirkex does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which cirkex bears no responsibility.
All bets placed on cirkex are subject to the specific game and sports rules applicable to that bet type, as published in the relevant section of the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. It is your responsibility to ensure your bet has been placed correctly before confirming it — cirkex cannot reverse bets once they have been accepted.
cirkex reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, where there was a manifest pricing error, where the outcome was already known at the time the bet was placed, or where the integrity of the event is under investigation.
Pre-match and in-play betting markets are available on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports. Market availability, odds, and bet types may vary by event. In-play odds update in real time and cirkex does not guarantee that in-play markets will remain open for any specific period.
Casino games — including live dealer tables, slots, bingo, and crash games — are governed by the individual game rules provided within each game. All games use certified random number generator (RNG) technology where applicable. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are based on theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.
cirkex reserves the right to apply maximum winnings caps on individual bets, game sessions, or within defined time periods. Where applicable, such limits will be displayed within the relevant market or game. Any winnings that exceed the published maximum may be reduced to the cap amount at cirkex's sole discretion.

In the event of any conflict between the individual promotion terms and these Terms, the individual promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that specific promotion.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to access and use the cirkex platform for your own private, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publicly display, or create derivative works from any cirkex content without prior written authorisation from cirkex.
Game content provided by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is licensed to cirkex for display on the platform.
